Description
- Head design characterized by a specific placement for the hand and reduced thickness of the central section to enable an optimal grip both when climbing up and down.
- Robust and lightweight serrated blade designed for excellent penetration in hard snow and ice.
- Strong adze designed for efficient cutting of steps.
- Curved handle at the top to facilitate use during progression and straight at the base for an effective penetration into the snow.
- End part of the handle has a rougher finish for a better grip during use.
- Pictogram on the handle indicating the correct connection point for use as an anchor/ deadman.
- Equipped with an adjustable hand support (mod. Handy) to increase the grip of the ice axe on technical moves.
- Stainless steel spike equipped with a hole for a carabiner or a sling.
- Assembled with the new bonded technology to improve the weight and increase the waterproofness.
- Stainless steel and anodized light alloy construction for excellent protection against oxidation.
- Available in the following lengths: 50 – 60 – 70 cm.
