For a basic bag this does the job.
It’s durable and sturdy, and the shape is good for fitting through tight slots and hanging off a harness.
The bag however definitely does have its place, ie. I personally wouldn’t use this as a main pack, with heavy ropes and gear, due to the bag not having padded straps or waist belt.
However as secondary pack, for someone not carrying heavy gear then it works great, you can put your warm gear, your lunch, and any other essentials in there easily. But there’s still room for a rope etc mid canyon if you need to stuff one in there for short amounts of time.
Overall – good quality bag, without the bells and whistles.
