Shipping cost varies depending on the weight, size, and destination of the order. A shipping calculator is available on the cart page to view the available options before checking out.

DELIVERY

For stock items we do our best to ship the same or next business day. The courier will depend on the size and destination of the shipment. Currently we use CourierPost, Castle Parcels, and Post Haste. Estimated delivery times are listed below. For customers on account shipping will be as per our terms of trade.

We currently accept the following payments: PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, & Bank Transfer. If you do pay by bank transfer we may delay shipping until the payment comes through.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCT

Any products purchased online may be reported within two (2) business days of delivery arrival and returned within 14 days of delivery arrival. You can do that by emailing us at sales@aspiring.co.nz or calling 03 366 1246.

DO YOU OFFER A REPAIR SERVICE?

Yes we do provide repair and replacement service. All products manufactured by Aspiring are guaranteed for their usable life, as well as guaranteed against manufacturing faults. This does not cover malicious damage or user error, please contact us if you have concerns about the use / suitability of products to your situation / environment so we can recommend the most suited to your application.
