Repairs

The majority of repairs are undertaken free of charge. However, there is the occasional time when repairs take a considerable amount of time due to the nature of the repairs. When we receive your overalls for repair we will access the length of time to repair and quote if necessary.

Cleaning Instructions

It is best to handwash the overalls.

If the overalls are extremely dirty then soak before cleaning with warm water and mild detergent. Go and do something interesting for an hour or so and drain, scrub, rinse with a shower, repeat until you see the water running clear. This is unless you would like to put the overalls in the washing machine and in this case one soak should work well and the place overalls in the washing machine and follow instructions below.

If using a washing machine. Cold wash and use a mild laundry detergent that does not contain chlorine or bleach. Both of these products can discolour the cordura fabric and break down the fibres, causing rips, tears and holes. Set to normal/heavy load setting. You may need to repeat the rinse cycle. Ensure you do not overload your washing machine

Remove the overalls from the washing machine and air dry out of direct sunlight.

Last year i brought these caving overalls , I have already done 180 hours caving in them in harsh abrasive conditions, and there is no sign of wear . While I was waiting to receive these overalls i brought some cotton overalls , they lasted only 10hrs in the same cave . Regards, Jason Moule NSW , Australia.
