Cordura coveralls designed specifically for cavers ensuring maximum durability and comfort with the use of semi-breathable water-resistant fabric to allow for a great range of movement. Our Overalls have been tried and tested in caves around Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world for over 25 years. Made in Christchurch; you will not find a better option on the market for caving overalls. 1000 denier Cordura in red with reinforced patches on seat, knees and elbows. Double stitched seams with a heavy thread and 8mm foam in the knee pads. Heavy duty two-way zip reinforced with Velcro. Velcro ankles and wrists. Polar fleece lined collar. Inside pocket.

Repairs
The majority of repairs take a considerable amount of time as we have to unpick the fabric seams to access most areas. It’s recommended to send through pictures of the issue beforehand so we can make sure it’s repairable & we’ll do our best to give you an estimated cost.
Overalls MUST be sent back clean and dry.

It is best to handwash the overalls.
If the overalls are extremely dirty then soak before cleaning with warm water and mild detergent. Go and do something interesting for an hour or so and drain, scrub, rinse with a shower, repeat until you see the water running clear. This is unless you would like to put the overalls in the washing machine and in this case one soak should work well and the place overalls in the washing machine and follow instructions below.
If using a washing machine. Cold wash and use a mild laundry detergent that does not contain chlorine or bleach. Both of these products can discolour the cordura fabric and break down the fibres, causing rips, tears and holes. Set to normal/heavy load setting. You may need to repeat the rinse cycle. Ensure you do not overload your washing machine
Remove the overalls from the washing machine and air dry out of direct sunlight.

Do you offer alterations, custom sizes, colours?
Due to the complexity and cost we no longer offer customisations. This inlcudes custom inseam lengths, colours, different sized pockets, diffrent sleeves, etc.
The overalls seem quite baggy. Is there a slim fit option?
Overalls are designed to be roomy to allow for movement when caving as well as room for clothing underneath. Being made of Nylon they will shrink a bit once they get wet/washed a few times. There is no longer a slim fit template. Only the five stock sizes.
Do you offer overalls for kids?
Sorry…only the five sizes listed above.
What is the return/exchange policy if I order a size and it doesn’t fit?
We’re happy to exchange or take back overalls as long as they’re unused and unmodified. We cover the outbound freight. Any shipments sent back to us are at your cost.
